SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager

The course will help participants understand the principles and values ​​of SAFe, develop the ART (Agile Release Train) concept and use it to create value and effectively fulfill the role of Product Owner. Participants will learn how to use Lean thinking to write Epics, break them down into Features and Stories, plan and execute iterations, and plan Program Increments. In addition, students will become familiar with the continuous delivery process and the DevOps culture, learn how to effectively participate in this process as Owners and Product Managers, and what needs to be done to continuously improve ART. While the SAFe® APM course focuses on business and strategy, SAFe® PO/PM focuses on the execution of that strategy.
