We are pleased to inform you about the past courses "ITIL Foundation: Principles of Organization of the Service Division of the Company."

The courses were held by two groups from November 14 to 17, and also from December 5 to 8, inclusive. The duration of the course is 16 academic hours, during which the participants gained knowledge about the management, debugging and continuous improvement of business processes related to IT.

These courses were conducted by a specially invited instructor from Moscow - Alexey Lelekov, who is an ITIL accredited expert.

In December, we already have planned courses for two groups, in which we also plan to train employees involved in TCO projects. Starting next year, we plan to expand the list of courses for the development and motivation of our employees to work more successfully, as well as provide various support in professional growth.
