What we do?

We provide a risk-free, safe-to-fail environment for practical learning and instant objective assessment. Norsec VR was created to provide safe training for employees working in Kazakhstan. A wholly-owned Kazakh company, we already had extensive experience with our clients in the ICT sector and saw a natural progression to adding VR to our portfolio of services.

The effects of COVID-19 is having and will continue to have a negative effect on effective traditional classroom training. So to mitigate that risk and improve the effectiveness of training, we brought in experienced VR training professionals and developers.

We are also working with Immerse.io, an award-winning VR company from London, to provide a scalable, measurable virtual enterprise platform.

Unique Learning Benefits

Unique Learning Benefits

Most L&D practitioners know there is a large gap between cheap, scalable but low engagement training methods like e-learning
and more effective but costly, in-person methods.

VR can fill this gap and make it cost effective and scalable by delivering:

image

  • High levels of immersion (leading to less distraction, greater engagement).

  • Higher levels of realism (leading to greater emotional response, faster knowledge transfer).

  • More interaction with content resulting in higher retention (learning by doing, cause & effect modelling).

  • More opportunity for collaborative learning (given current travel complications & travel costs).
