SAFe® 5 Scrum Master (SSM)

As part of the course, participants will gain an understanding of the role of the Scrum Master in the context of the entire company, the training provides training for participants to effectively plan and implement the Program Increment, as the main leveling tool at all levels of the organization. The course includes the study of the key components of scaled Agile processes, the principles of building Scrum on a company-wide scale, as well as methods for successful iteration planning (PI-planning).
